Stop, focus on the moment, the subtlety, the movement, the flow.
Be aware of your body in space. Enjoy the moment I am in.
Simplicity, purity, joy of everyday moments, slowing down.
We move forward, surrounded by endless possibilities. We often do not know what to choose or who we are. Immersed in mobile phones, we lose contact with ourselves and our surroundings. Everything is important, we have to try everything and we need everything, over the noise of the city we can not hear the birds singing, we can not hear ourselves and yet we need to stop.
The dance visual performance Temple Full of Flowers is inspired by the anthology of Japanese haiku poetry.
