Pilates


The Pilates method is based on the natural function of the body and its movement. The exercise was developed at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany. During Pilates exercises, the body is gradually strengthened, as well as gaining stability and flexibility. There is a change in body posture and the back pain goes away. The goal of the Pilates method is to improve control over your body. During the exercise, not only does the body strengthen, but the mind also gets relaxed, which concentrates on the fluidity of movement and the accuracy of execution.
